Hey guys, please take note the following few announcements for our graduation campaign.

1. RM50

Everyone, please remember to bring RM50 to Joyce and me(Travin) by thursday because we need the budget to print the greeting card. =D

2. Greeting Card Design

To let everyone contribute in this campaign, we decided let every major to design their own design for the Festival Greeting Card. This is a great chance to expose your design to the public because your name will be printed on the card that u have designed. Also, don't forget there's a portion of your marks going under teamwork participation.

Get your greeting card design in by Next Monday (1st of Feb).

Guys, lets take action now! Make our greeting card AWESOME and make it sell like hot cakes. so in the end, we will earn a lot of money for our graduation campaign.

whoever that is willing to volunteer, please msn me(Travin) because I need to assign a festival for you to design and I will also let you know the detail of the card format.

3. Bazaar working list

We're going to start our Bazaar next week.
During the bazaar is running, every group leader MUST write a working list and submit to us (Joyce/Travin). The working list must contain all your group members log in and log out time because Stephen wants to make sure everyone is working.

So everyone, must add oil and sell hard to get the net profit target RM 300 per day. =D

4. Graduation Ceremony Showcase

Do you still remember Wei Peow briefed us last week about how to make our graduation ceremony showcase? If you forget already, pls take attention here:

a. To make the Graduation Ceremony an enjoyable occasion for all, we would like to requestyour best design work [3 designs] to be compiled for the presentation during the ceremony. These showcase will be pivotal in displaying the vast improvement you have achieved through your hard work and creativity.

b. Only artworks in CD form will be accepted in the format as stated below:

Image Format
Resolution: 72dpi (RGB)
File Format: jpeg only

Video Format
File format: Quicktime Sorenson (High Quality)
Audio: None
Dimension: 480 x 382 pixels

c. Each student only has 15 seconds show reel.

The submissions are to be made before 25 February 2010

So everyone please click: Download to download the psd file and start to make your own showcase.

When you're done, put 3 of your files (jpeg/video) and ur photoshop file into a folder and name it as below:
mm075_yourName_yourIndexNo

You can submit your folder to Joyce or me (Travin).
After we get everyone's(mm75) files, Both of us will burn into a CD/DVD and submit it to SRA department.

so for our convenience, you must submit your folder before a day of deadline submission so we have enough time to arrange all of yours file and burn into CD/DVD - mark your calendars: 24 February 2010.

Our graduation campaign will be getting more exciting with the activities that's going to run, so everyone must try your best to earn money during the fund raising month.
